Kingsbury County\u2019s price was up $2.13 a gallon, while Whitley County in Indiana, population 34,000, prices had only increased 73 cents as of Thursday.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p class=\"body-graf\">It also depends on the state. In Georgia, average gas prices are up  $1.18 per gallon, the second-lowest state-level increase in the nation (Georgia suspended its 33 cents per gallon state gas tax in mid-March).
